Freda: Storm makes fine fishing later

The remnants of Tropical Storm Noel hit our coastline this past weekend and upset the excellent fishing that had been taking place during the week. A calm week prior to the storm had anglers scoring with bluefish from 8-12 pounds and striped bass from 5-15
