Kayakers to join fun in Bay Bass event
Jan. 18 (UNION-TRIBUNE): In December we have the Parade of Lights. Tomorrow, there's the Parade of Bay Bass Bubbas. Shortly before sunrise tomorrow, one Harbor Police patrol boat with its emergency lights flashing will head toward South San Diego Bay, while another patrol boat motors toward the mouth of San Diego
