Opinion: Ava's fishing rod
I still feel the same toward the inexpensive children s fishing outfits. The little three-princess spin- casting outfit we bought for our granddaughter, Ava, feels clunky and almost clumsy, and the line from the manufacturer coils stiff and heavy. It casts like a shovel handle and is a bit short to set the hook properly, but she loves it and tells us it s her favorite color
