Bluefin harvest low again; rules lengthen '08

"However, the current ICCAT recommendation limits the amount of underharvest that may be carried forward to 595.1 metric tons" The National Marine Fisheries Service anticipates the Atlantic bluefin tuna harvest will be low, and the rules for 2008 will be much the same as this year. via Asbury Park Press
