Man fined, banned from fishing
A Toronto man who was caught with 20 smallmouth bass has been fined $1,000 and banned from angling for four years. Phuoc van Quach, 45, pleaded guilty to catching and keeping more than two smallmouth bass and possessing more than six while fishing with a conservation
