Still looking for home for bass fishing hall of fame
Bill Fletcher likes fishing for largemouth black bass. That fact became abundantly clear in his talk last Thursday to the Hot Springs Village Rotary Club. Fletcher is trying to give back to his sport with by sponsoring two pet projects: The Professional Bass Fishing Hall of Fame and the Arkansas Black Bass Coalition,
