Neshoba reopens Oct. 21
Mississippi bass anglers will soon have another must-visit destination to fit into their fall fishing schedule. The 139-acre Neshoba County Lake, a state lake near Philadelphia managed by the Mississippi Department of Wildlife, Fisheries and Parks, reopens to fishermen on Oct.
