Kentucky's Fishing in Neighborhoods program improves city folks' chances to
Craig Meredith likes to fish close to home, so every chance he gets the Fairdale resident drives to Tom Wallace Lake. Depending on the season and stocking schedule, he usually catches a few bluegill or bass, perch or catfish and occasionally a rainbow trout.
