Fishing: Clarion, Little Juniata stretches are in for a change

At its quarterly meeting Monday and Tuesday in Harrisburg, the Pennsylvania Fish and Boat Commission is expected to vote to change 13.5 miles of the Clarion River and 8.5 miles of the Little Juniata from All Tackle Trophy Trout to the new All Tackle Catch and Release, and to approve a requirement that fishing guides and charter captains be licensed,
