Corps of Engineers sponsors free fishing clinic for children
A free fishing clinic and contest for children ages 5-15 will be Aug. 12 by the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, Mississippi River Project. The clinic will start at 9 a.m. and end at 3 p.m. at the Day Use Recreation Area at Lock and Dam 14, Pleasant Valley,
