Bass festival in Rio Vista
The Rio Vista Bass Festival launched its 59th annual run Friday with a carnival and musical entertainment. The annual event runs though Sunday and today's activities include a pancake breakfast, chili cookoff, carnival and more. Look for fun for the young and old alike on Main Street where more than 200 custom cars will be on display
